What is the price of a national or international move?
The price depends on the volume of goods, the distance between origin and destination, property access conditions, and the type of service chosen: Base, Plus, or Premium. For international moves, customs costs and destination country requirements may also apply. We recommend requesting a personalized quote.
How long does a national or international move take?
A national move typically takes 1 day. For international moves within Europe, the timeframe ranges from 3 to 10 days, depending on the route, volume, type of service, and necessary formalities.
How do I request a quote and how long does it take to receive a response?
Requests can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp. We respond quickly with a personalized, no-obligation proposal.
What is included in the Base, Plus, and Premium services?
The Base service includes transport of pre-packed goods. Plus adds packing, furniture disassembly and assembly. Premium includes packing/crating, enhanced protection for fragile items, and dedicated support throughout the entire process.
Do you transport small volumes?
Yes, from as few as 2 boxes/suitcases.
What types of goods can be transported?
We can transport various types of goods/merchandise, such as personal belongings, furniture, appliances, machinery, among others. Please contact us for specific requirements.
Do you transport vehicles?
Yes, we transport cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and other vehicles upon request.
Are goods insured during transport?
Yes, all moving services include goods in transit insurance up to €5,000. For more comprehensive protection, especially for higher-value items, customized additional insurance is available.
What documents are required for an international move?
Within the European Union, only an inventory of goods is required. For countries outside the EU, additional documents such as customs declarations and proof of residence are required. Our team provides support throughout the entire process.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend at least 1 week for national moves and 2 to 3 weeks for international moves. This ensures availability and allows us to prepare all logistics with peace of mind. However, we also handle urgent moves.
How is a move handled in buildings without elevators or with difficult access?
We have teams and equipment prepared to handle difficult access conditions, such as narrow staircases or absence of elevators. In some cases, lifting platforms or cranes may be used.
Can I change the moving date after booking?
Yes, provided the change is communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Changes outside this timeframe may be subject to availability and possible costs.
What is the groupage service and when should I choose a dedicated service?
Groupage allows you to share transport with other customers, making it more economical. The dedicated service uses an exclusive vehicle, ensuring greater speed and flexibility, ideal for urgent moves or larger volumes.
How does the temporary storage service work?
We provide secure and flexible storage solutions. Goods are stored in protected and monitored spaces, with access by appointment.
Which countries do you cover?
We cover all of Europe: France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, among others. For destinations outside Europe, please contact us to find the best solution.
Can I track my move in real time?
Yes! All our services include online journey tracking, so you always know where your belongings are during transport.
Do you handle moves for companies or public entities?
Yes, we carry out national and international corporate moves. Our team is experienced in handling office equipment, archives, and corporate furniture, ensuring business continuity with minimal disruption.
Do you provide transport services for companies or institutions?
Yes, we transport all types of business materials, provide customized services such as furniture assembly and disassembly, and ensure the collection and disposal of materials and objects.
